In Honor of Sheddy Rollins Sanchez

Our hearts are heavy at the Philadelphia Student Union. Sheddy, a former member and leader of the Philadelphia Student Union, has passed. During this painful time, we are extending our deepest condolences to Sheddy’s family and their extended PSU alumni family. Our organization was touched and forever changed because of Sheddy’s life and commitment to the work.

Whether you knew Sheddy as family, friend, classmate, neighbor, comrade in the movement, partner, healer, magician, artist, or even if they were someone you only met in passing and never forgot, all of your support and solidarity is needed in this critical moment to bring Sheddy home.

Ways to support:

1. -Contribute anything you can to help raise the $10,000 urgently needed in order to secure a proper funeral for Sheddy in Philly.

2. -If you can’t contribute $ directly at this time please pass this on to everyone and anyone you know that knew Sheddy.
